A Storm of Spoilers

This week, Da7e and Neil are back on schedule as House of the Dragon opens up secret passages and secret plots to set the table for the back half of the season.
In The Calm [06:42], Neil corrects the characterization of a famous Westerosi villain, Da7e has questions about Larys' tactics, and everyone is in support of dragons abandoning the search for Vhagar and flying toward freedom.
Then in The Storm [57:26], Neil explains the consequences of this week's big adaptation choices and Da7e scours the wikis for details about butchers and their balls.
Next week, the pod remains on schedule with another Monday release after HotD episode 6 hits your HBO devices on Sunday evening.

This week, House of the Dragon is back and Da7e and Neil are soaring above the chaos in The Gullet as spectacle reigns supreme.
In The Calm [04:50], they discuss this episode's structure as both a climax for season 2's story and the beginning of season 3. They unpack the polygons and ethical wartime actions of the newest dragon, Sheepstealer. And they consider which of the newly-introduced characters will be the most interesting as the season goes on.
Then in The Storm [01:15:04], they attempt to sketch out the pacing of events in this eight episode season, identify the potential big set pieces, and make predictions based upon the "Weeks Ahead" trailer.
