Through Two: Would You Marry Me
Yes, Choi Woo-sik, I will marry you.-Christina…..Elle and Christina watched the first two eps of Would You Marry Me, the new Jung So-min & Choi Woo-sik rom-com. (Maddie did not watch, but she’s here for social reasons.) They talk all about the set-up of this drama and whether or not they want to keep watching!…..Would You Marry Me is a 12-episode kdrama about a contract marriage (yay tropes!!) that ensues when our female lead wins a free house (me next) but needs her husband to be present to accept it. Sadly, her hubby is a weenie and ditched her, so she convinces a random guy she just met (Choi Woo-sik) to pretend to be her husband (as he just so happens to have the exact same name as him.) Maddie and Christina are back for a midway review of The Tale of Lady Ok!WOW, WHAT A SHOW. The ladies cannot get enough of everything that’s happening. They LOVE the female lead and can’t wait for the storyteller to come back into the picture. Everyone and their mothers KNOW that the storyteller will HAVE to “pretend” to be her husband. INSANELY GOOD DRAMA ALERT.….Ok…. you may have completely missed this, like we did, but a drama came out in early 2025 called The Tale of Lady Ok. If you live in America, it can literally only be found on KOCOWA, which makes it super non-accessible. But we are here to say - GET THAT 2 WEEK KOCOWA FREE TRIAL NOW. GET IT NOW.…..Maddie and Christina watched the first two episodes of The Tale of Lady Ok and their jaws are on the floor. OMG it’s so good. They can’t even describe it, and they don’t want to spoil the plot - just take their word for it. Don’t google the synopsis, don’t even listen to the entirety of this Through Two - JUST GO WATCH THE FIRST TWO EPS FOR YOURSELF. …..The Tale of Lady Ok is a historical kdrama that tells the story of a feisty slave woman - and a romantic noble man who falls for her at first sight.
