Now a designated match day routine and planning have helped her manage her nerves and become a Rugby Would Cup winner with the Red Roses.

The Harlequins scrum half also discusses her dual heritage, having grown up in a small village in Wales and her special family link to English rugby legend Adrian Stoop. Competing in the biggest tournament of her young career, Lilli Ives Campion had to deal with more than just a Rugby World Cup when her granddad passed away.
