Are there vitamins in food (or us)? with Dr. Jordan Grant - 9/9/26

    09/09/2026 | 1h
In this September 9th webinar, Tom welcomes Dr. Jordan Grant for a focused conversation on vitamin D, vitamins, hormones, omega-3s, genes, and other claimed substances in biology.

Tom opens by clarifying the purpose of the discussion: this is not about whether cod liver oil, butter, or Weston A. Price-style foods are beneficial, and it is not about attacking anyone’s intentions. The specific question is whether the studies presented as proof actually demonstrate the existence of substances like vitamin D in foods or living beings.

He explains that many people have sent him a Weston Price Journal article claiming to show the type and amount of vitamin D in various foods, and he invites Jordan to walk through the evidence and the thinking process behind these claims.

    Highlights from this session include:
-Tom and Jordan discuss the difference between what researchers actually do in a lab versus the stories later told about what those results mean.
-Jordan introduces the distinction between scientific realism and an operationalist/instrumentalist way of thinking, emphasizing the importance of sticking to what can actually be observed.
-They look at the “recipe” often used in claims about vitamins, hormones, nucleotides, amino acids, and other invisible entities: starting with tissue or food, applying chemical steps, creating a product, and then claiming the product was “isolated” from the original material.
-Tom and Jordan examine papers describing vitamin D preparation and isolation, including the use of solvents, acids, chloroform, methanol, irradiation, and crystallization.
-Jordan explains why he sees many of these claims as question-begging: researchers often assume the very entity they are supposed to prove.
-They discuss fluorescence, spectroscopy, chromatography, and similar methods, questioning whether these tests actually prove the presence of a specific substance or simply record a lab behavior.
-Jordan emphasizes that a peak, color change, crystal, or lab readout may be real as an observed effect, but that does not automatically prove the identity, origin, or biological role being claimed.
-Tom and Jordan connect this same thinking to blood tests, hormone tests, vitamin D tests, B12 tests, cholesterol, genes, viruses, and PCR testing.
-They discuss how this way of thinking can make people feel powerless by shifting attention away from lived experience and toward abstract, invisible mechanisms.
-Tom closes by asking where people can hear more from Jordan, followed by a lighter final question about whether Jordan can do a pull-up.

Throughout the webinar, Tom and Jordan emphasize returning to direct observation, questioning assumptions, and separating real-world effects from the stories built around them.

Ivermectin & Fenbendazole: Revolutionary Cure for Cancer or Scam? - 9/2/26

    02/09/2026 | 47min
In this September 2nd webinar, Tom opens his first livestream after summer break with updates from his summer, including time spent gardening, food processing, and preparing hundreds of jars, bottles, and freezer bags of homegrown vegetables, berries, pumpkins, and watermelon juice.
Tom then previews the direction of upcoming webinars, explaining that he plans to address some of the feedback he has received around his claims about hormones, vitamins, omega-3s, and similar subjects. He clarifies that he is not simply saying “vitamins don’t exist,” but rather questioning whether these chemicals have been rigorously proven to exist in living beings or natural foods in the way they are commonly described.
He also announces that next week, Jordan Grant will join him to look specifically at vitamin D and the question of whether it has been found in living substances or natural substances like butter or cod liver oil.
    This week’s news segment includes:
-A BBC article about a trial being set for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, described as the alleged 9/11 mastermind. Tom comments on the story in his “if you believe that, you’ll believe just about anything” category.
    Highlights from this session include:
-Tom examines the recent claims around ivermectin and fenbendazole/mebendazole as “groundbreaking” cancer treatments.
-He reviews promotional material from The Wellness Company claiming that 84.4% of cancer patients in a 6-month follow-up group reported clinical benefit.
-He points out the shifting language from “study” to “observational report” and emphasizes the importance of understanding what kind of research was actually done.
-He notes that the outcomes were self-reported, including both the cancer status and the claimed improvements.
-He highlights that the study began with 197 participants, but only 122 completed follow-up, leaving 75 people with no outcome information.
-He explains that participants used varying doses, with some taking one capsule, others two, three, four, or variable doses, which he says makes it unlike a proper drug study.
-He points out that many participants were also using other interventions, including supplements, diet changes, chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, making it impossible to attribute outcomes solely to ivermectin and mebendazole.
-He reviews criticism from TechARP and then compares those criticisms with the original paper, concluding that the critique was largely accurate on the study’s limitations.
-He argues that this was not a proper scientific cancer drug trial, but a self-reported observational cohort with no independent variable, no true control group, no verified diagnostic method provided, and too many uncontrolled factors.
-He frames ivermectin and similar repurposed pharmaceutical drugs as part of the broader “health freedom” narrative that still accepts many of the same disease-model assumptions he questions.
Tom closes by emphasizing that the goal of New Biology is to move away from fear-based, pharmaceutical-centered frameworks and toward a deeper understanding of life, health, illness, and what the body is actually doing.

Healing Is Hell When You're Heavy on Your Heels with Patrick Daly - 8/26/26

    26/08/2026 | 1h 11min
In this livestream, Patrick, the movement specialist at New Biology Clinic, guest hosts while Tom is away and shares his perspective on movement, posture, foot mechanics, and the meaning behind “healing is hell when you’re on your heels.”
    Highlights from this session include:
-Patrick introduces his background in movement training, including 15 years of experience working with people of all ages, abilities, injuries, surgeries, and physical challenges.
-He explains that the body is not flawed, but is constantly communicating. When symptoms are ignored or masked, he says the body often “gets louder” until we pay attention.
-He discusses the importance of the feet as the foundation of movement, especially how many people carry their weight back on their heels.
-He breaks down the body’s mobile-stable-mobile-stable pattern, explaining how a stiff ankle can create compensations in the knee, hip, lower back, and beyond.
-He compares the foot to the gas and brake pedals of a car: the ball of the foot helps propel the body forward, while the heel acts like a brake.
-He connects being heavy on the heels with stiffness, compression, frozen joints, collapsed arches, bunions, knee issues, hip issues, and lower back pain.
-He emphasizes the difference between “exercising” and “training,” encouraging people to move with attention, intention, awareness, and curiosity.
-He discusses how emotional and psychological stress can show up physically in the body, often influencing posture, tension, and the way someone stands or moves.
-He encourages gentle, present movement rather than forcing the body, and reminds viewers that the goal is to help the body feel safe enough to communicate and reorganize.
Questions discussed in this webinar include:
-My heel is painful. What can I do?
-Do you know Doctor Reich Hammer?
-About toe walking in toddlers. Back in the day, I recall talk of it being bad. I am now wondering if it really is a good thing off those heels.
-Why do, why do humans favor their heels if it doesn't work for us?
-I know I have been using my body in wrong ways, and that that is the basis of the physical problems in my right leg coming from my frozen pelvis. But is it true that unresolved emotions store themselves in the hips as well?
-Any effect down the pipe on body weight increase?
-Hey, Pat, I'll be starting PT again and tired of repeatedly beginning baby steps. Once I've become able to walk and run easily, I intend to go on to the treadmill and the elliptical. Any suggestions you have for me are welcome.
    Additional comments discussed include:
-An autistic young man at my sister's wedding walked around all day on his tiptoes like a cow. I was fascinated. Since then, when fatigue sets in on long labor days, I walk on my tiptoes.
-In childhood, I walked with the front half of my foot to try to be taller, as I was the youngest one in the family. It helped strengthen my calves, and it helped to outrun the guys on the playground.
Throughout the webinar, Patrick emphasizes that movement begins with awareness, that the feet influence the entire body, and that healing requires listening to the body’s signals rather than forcing, ignoring, or outsourcing the process.

The Essentials of Re-organizational Healing with Tatiana Agafonova - 8/19/26

    19/08/2026 | 1h
In this livestream, Tatiana Agafonova, a New Biology Clinic wellness specialist, shares an introduction to Reorganizational Healing and how it connects with the work she offers through breathing integration, meditation, and biofield tuning.

She introduces Reorganizational Healing as a wellness and behavior-change paradigm developed by Donny Epstein, including its three central elements:
    -The four seasons of well-being
    -The triad of change
    -The energetic intelligences
    Discussion link here.

    Highlights from this session include:
-Tatiana defines healing as an internal process of self-awareness, vulnerability, and non-judgmental presence with one’s thoughts, emotions, sensations, and spiritual being.
-She reflects on pain and discomfort as invitations to pause, reassess, and ask different questions rather than immediately responding from fear.
-She explains the four seasons of well-being: Discover, Transform, Awaken, and Integrate, describing how each season reflects a different state of energy, posture, emotion, and awareness.
-She introduces the triad of change—perception, behavior, and structure—and explains how sustainable change often happens when two of these elements come together.
-She discusses the energetic intelligences: bioenergetic, emotional, lower thought, higher thought, soul, and universal spirit, and how each relates to different layers of experience and expression.
-She closes the teaching portion by reading the seven unifying principles of Reorganizational Healing, emphasizing choice, available energy, pain as an interruption, and the importance of honoring the season one is currently in.

Questions discussed in this webinar include:
-Is there an incentive to want to change behavior?
-Do you believe the body expresses our needs through illness even if the need is unconscious?
-Do you yourself have an example from your own life where all of this applies to, just to clarify the steps and how it progresses?

Throughout the webinar, Tatiana emphasizes that discomfort can carry energy and information, that healing begins with awareness, and that each person has the choice to relate to symptoms, stress, and life challenges as opportunities for transformation rather than simply problems to eliminate.

Dental Issues Don't Start in Your Teeth with Nirvani Umadat - 8/12/26

    12/08/2026 | 1h 8min
In this webinar, Nirvani Umadat opens with the topic “Moving Beyond Bacteria and Brushing for Whole Body Dentistry.” She explains that the session will examine the common dental story that bacteria and sugar cause cavities, look at why brushing and flossing have become the central focus of dental care, and offer a different way to understand teeth, the mouth, and their relationship to the rest of the body.

    Highlights from this session include:
-Nirvani shares her background in conventional dental training, surgery, and later experiences that led her to question the bacteria-centered model of dental disease.
-She discusses research and clinical observations that challenged the idea that “bad bacteria” or “too many bad bacteria” consistently explain dental disease.
-She explains how the modern recommendation to brush twice daily was shaped, in part, by early toothpaste marketing around biofilm removal, rather than being purely grounded in dental science.
-A discussion of Weston Price’s work, including his observations that diet, food quality, traditional food preparation, grass-fed animal foods, fermented foods, and unprocessed foods played a major role in dental and overall health.
-Nirvani reframes teeth as electrically conductive crystalline organs, explaining that teeth contain a crystalline hydroxyapatite structure and generate current through pressure and chewing.
-She explains cavities as a breakdown or deconstruction of the tooth’s crystalline matrix, rather than simply “holes” caused by bacteria.
-A discussion of the traditional Chinese medicine meridian model and how teeth may relate to other organs through energetic pathways.
-An introduction to psychoneuroodontology (PNO), which looks at the psychological, emotional, and spiritual components connected to dental issues.
-Practical dental wellness suggestions, including nourishing traditional foods, nervous system regulation, proper chewing and dynamic function, saliva quality, remineralization, oil pulling, releasing jaw and facial tension, and holding an intention to heal.

Questions discussed in this webinar include:
-What kind of dental work is actually beneficial?
-What's the best way to regenerate a missing tooth?
-I never got my wisdom teeth removed. Is this good or bad? I have not experienced much trouble except for the cavities they filled with mercury.
-Since brushing gets rid of bacteria which are beneficial, is it a harmful practice?
-What's the best way to heal a cracked tooth?
-Do metal and ceramic caps also have a current?
    -What about implants?
-Does calculus need to be removed, or is it perhaps serving an intelligent purpose?
-Can you heal a tooth under a crown?
-If we're bombarded by toxins- and bacteria are there to help clean up the toxins, isn't it more important to keep the bacteria?

Throughout the webinar, Nirvani emphasizes that the mouth is connected to the whole body, that teeth may be understood beyond the bacteria-and-brushing model, and that dental health can be approached through diet, charge, nervous system regulation, awareness, and supportive daily practices.
