In May of 2019, a man arrives at the house he had recently purchased only to find something bizarre. The house was sealed shut with multiple padlocks, and once inside, he would come across a large blue plastic water tank in the bedroom; that's when he saw it, strands of dark, matter hair, trapped beneath layers of hardened cement. On the morning of 16 June, 2005, a cleaner was making his usual rounds along the banks of the Kallang River in Singapore when he spotted something odd in the water. At first, he dismissed it as just another piece of thrash, but when he picked it up, a severed torso fell out, leaving him in complete shock.
