Stick to Cricket returns as Michael Vaughan, Sir Alastair Cook, David "Bumble" Lloyd and Darren Gough are joined by England Lions head coach Jonathan Trott to discuss his coaching journey, his ambitions to manage England’s Test side and the challenge of developing the next generation of talent. 🏏

Trott opens up about his goals to become England’s main head coach, how the opportunity to work with the England Lions came about and the questions he faced during his interview for the top job. He also explains what life looks like during the winter with the Lions and what he tells players when coaching franchise teams around the world.
