    ASTRO has recently updated guidelines for WHO Grade 4 Adult-Type Diffuse Glioma Guideline to align practice with outcomes from multiple newly published studies for higher grade gliomas published over the past decade. This podcast, led by Dr. Majid Al-Othman, features lead authors of the new ASTRO WHO Grade 4 Adult Glioma guidelines Dr. Debra Nana Yeboa, MD and Dr. Joseph Bovi, MD representing the guideline team of co-authors. It highlights the main questions answered by the new guidelines, changes in the molecular definition of gliomas, as well as ASTRO methodology for consensus building and lingering questions to be addressed.

    Editor-in-Chief Dr. Sue Yom hosts Dr. June Corry, Radiation Oncologist at GenesisCare, Fitzroy, at St Vincent's Hospital, prior Chair of the NPC committee of the Trans Tasman Radiation Oncology Group’s project ANROTAT, Assessment of New Radiation Oncology Technology and Treatments, and first author of a new article, “Can Radiotherapy Quality Assurance improve nasopharyngeal cancer outcomes in low- and middle-income countries – Reporting the technical component of the second phase of a prospective International Atomic Energy Agency study.” We also host the last author, Dr. Anne Lee, Head of the Center of Clinical Oncology at the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital in China. She was previously the Head of the Clinical Oncology Department of the University of Hong Kong and the Deputy Hospital Chief Executive of the Shenzhen Hospital. Dr. Lee has led the development of many important NPC delineation and planning guidelines, including several published in the Red Journal.
