Haunted Canada: Ghost stories and the unexplained

The Playboy Mansion's hauntings continue in Part Two of our conversation with Bridget Marquardt , Ghost Bunny podcast host, certified paranormal investigator, and former star of The Girls Next Door. This episode uncovers the mansion's original ghost story, the legend of Mrs. Letts, said to have fallen to her death from the balcony just outside Bridget's old bedroom, and the decades of strange encounters that followed in her wake.

We go deeper into the mansion's most unsettling spaces, the game house where pinball machines and arcade games reportedly switch on when no one near them, the locked library where Cooper Hefner once vanished from an empty, sealed room, and the night Holly Madison's dog Panda was found frozen and unreachable on a couch, clearly reacting to something no one else could see.

Bridget also shares her path into formal paranormal investigation, training under renowned researcher Troy Taylor and conducting her certification's final case study on the Playboy Mansion itself with legendary investigator Barry Taff. Then she takes us somewhere even more frightening than Hefner's estate: a sleepless, terrifying night in the most haunted room at the top of the stairs at Myrtles Plantation, Louisiana that is widely regarded as the most haunted house in America.

Cronquist House in Red Deer, Alberta has been haunted since before anyone was willing to say it out loud.
