2026 is finally here! We made it 🙌 Our theme for January of 2026 is Brand New Day. That's an incredibly accurate way to frame this cycle. With the dawning of this new year, it is truly a paradigm shift, and a pivot into a whole host of newfound energies and invitations. This is largely true of all new year thresholds, but it is especially true in 2026. We're working with some powerhouse energies this month, all to support our shift into this new paradigm. What cannot come with us into 2026? How can we wisely, tenderly, and radically care for ourselves in vulnerable, challenging moments? How can we show up for others when they are in the same state?
