  • What Are You Waiting For? Set Your Intention Today
In this inspiring episode, CJ Miller shares a deeply personal story about waiting for a sign from Spirit—and the pivotal lesson he learned about the power of setting an intention. Guided by Dr. Petra’s wisdom, CJ realized that Spirit knows our gifts, but as co-creators, we must choose and ask.Reflecting on Matthew 7:7-8 — "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you" — CJ explores how intention activates the creative process. He encourages listeners to claim their desires with clarity and participate fully in co-creation.Through mindful creative practices and the art of self-discovery, CJ reveals how we are all spiritually connected—and reminds us that there are as many possibilities as stars in the sky. The episode closes with a simple yet powerful visualization to help you set your own sacred intention today.Want to learn more about CJ Miller? • Painting as Living Meditation, Yantra with Victoria Tara
In this soulful episode, CJ Miller speaks with contemporary artist Victoria Tara, whose captivating paintings emerge from meditation, healing, and devotion. Raised by the Sea of Azov in southeastern Ukraine and now rooted in Miami, Victoria blends Eastern and Western traditions to create visual meditations—paintings that act as portals to inner peace. She shares the moment her artistic path became clear while participating in Kumbh Mela, the world’s largest spiritual gathering at the sacred river Sangam, where dualities dissolve and Oneness is remembered. In the river, she received a vision and a word: Yantra—the ancient Hindu symbol of divine geometry. Today, she leads workshops where participants paint yantras as intentional meditations.Victoria and CJ explore the role of stillness, the symbolic power of the lotus flower, and what it means to paint from a place beyond thought. Her work invites us into the space between the sounds, where the essence of light—beyond any name—reveals itself.Art becomes the practice. The painting becomes the prayer. Visit her at victoriatara.com and on Instagram @victoria.tara.artWant to learn more about CJ Miller? • Think You’re Not an Artist? Replace That.
Belief systems can get in the way of recognizing that we are love, and that Creative Intelligence operates through us naturally—if we let it. In this episode, host CJMiller explores how limiting beliefs block our creativity and spiritual flow. He shares personal stories, including a conversation with a friend who reminded him of the simple but powerful practice: Release and Replace. If you believe “I’m not worthy” or “I’m not an artist”, Spirit—Creative Intelligence—can only reach you as far as you allow. Even that lunch conversation, CJ notes, was an example of Creative Intelligence speaking through another. CJ also reflects on his upbringing in a critical family, learning to recognize old habits of focusing on what’s wrong and choosing instead to replace that focus with gratitude—a practice that serves both in life and in the art studio. The message? Notice what’s working. This isn’t just about painting. It’s about how you move through life, how you speak to yourself, and how you believe in your own creative power. If you’ve ever told yourself “I’m not an artist”, this episode invites you to release that belief—and replace it with something like: “I am a creator. I get better and better every day.” CJ also shares details about his upcoming Spiritual Artist Retreat, where participants will walk a labyrinth to practice releasing a limiting belief and making space for something new to emerge. • Go From Triggered to Creatively Centered
In this episode, I share a real-life moment of being emotionally triggered after a phone call from my mother—and how that experience became the perfect opportunity to walk through the Receptivity Chart, a visual model I use in my coaching and retreats. Rather than getting stuck in reaction, I used this moment to check in with myself: Where am I on the chart? What’s blocking my ability to receive guidance from Creative Intelligence? Our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and old pain patterns—what Eckhart Tolle would call the “pain body”—can cloud our inner channel and disconnect us from flow. When I find myself blocked, I pause. I surrender to what’s happening, speak about myself in the third person to get perspective, write it out, and ask: Do I still believe this? Is this mine, or something I inherited? These practices gently clear the static and return me to presence. If you’d like to follow along visually, you can download a copy of the Receptivity Chart under the Practice Guides tab at spiritualartisttoday.com. It’s a powerful reminder that while we can’t always control being triggered, we can choose how we return to alignment. At the end of this episode, CJ does a short guided meditation to ease you through a triggering experience. For more information on CJ, visit his website www.spiritualartistoday.com. • Making Art With Your Grief: Susie Stonefield
In this heartfelt conversation, CJ Miller speaks with transformational creativity and grief coach Susie Stonefield, who believes that “the wound is where the Light enters”—a quote from Rumi that guides her entire practice. Susie helps clients hold their grief through the healing practice of art journaling, which she sees not just as a creative outlet but as a form of spiritual practice. Rather than striving for perfection or hanging something on a wall, her work invites people to make space for their wordless heart to speak—to witness their emotions without judgment and transform pain into beauty. Together, CJ and Susie explore how traditional art training often distances people from their emotional truth, and how intuitive, process-based creation allows us to reclaim that connection. Susie shares her personal story of navigating her son's complex health journey and how it led her to this work. Her grief became her teacher, showing her that creativity could be a compass in the darkest moments. They also discuss the collective grief many are feeling today—about the state of the world, climate change, political division—and how creative practice offers both refuge and revelation. Listeners are invited to download Susie’s free resource, “Creativity and Grief Invitations Workbook,” at https://www.susiestonefield.com/podcast-gift1 Whether you're navigating personal loss, existential unease, or simply seeking a way to reconnect with your inner voice, this episode offers both encouragement and practical tools to help you walk with grief—one intuitive mark at a time. For more information on CJ and his coaching and retreats, visit www.spiritualartisttoday.com. Want to learn more about CJ Miller?
