In this little episode I talk about the chaos of coming back from my holiday and how a couple of days in Paris helped me reconnect with a side of myself that I haven't acknowledged in a long long time.
I also chat about things to do with the kids in Paris and the things I liked (and didn't like so much) about the now infamous Citypharma.

In this little episode recorded from France I'm reflecting on what I've learning about confidence, especially having really observed the amazing women here.
I also compare becoming more self-confident to overcoming anxiety. It's a gradual process, you need to take yourself out of your comfort zone but eventually it gets easier.
