Rob tells the whole story this time. We open where it began for him: the arcade-booth VHS tape, the FFA fisting houses of DC, and the guy who swore he'd never have the anatomy to take a fist. Then Rob walks through the Penuma implant he got to compete as a top in porn, the five good months, and the slow-motion disaster that followed. Seromas, an erosion, a hole in his penis, surgical material left inside, eight surgeries, Xiaflex injections, and a device that was never built for how he uses his body.

He's candid about the cost: a relapse in Barcelona after four years sober, a lost year, rehab, and the shame that nearly did more damage than the surgery. This one hit close to home for me, and we get into it. Two people whose whole careers run through one body part, both of us nearly losing it, comparing notes from opposite ends. We also cover OnlyFans deplatforming, the pressure gay men put on each other to be bigger, why sex work is part of his recovery instead of a threat to it, and how he came full circle back to fisting as a bottom. It ends on the line he earned the hard way: "I lost the dick I thought I needed and found the performer I actually am."

Ricky kicks things off with a hilarious and surprisingly thoughtful conversation about building a career around niche fetish content, chastity, fantasy, content censorship, running a one-man production operation, and the wonderfully weird creativity behind his work. Then we put him through the inaugural Brolapse: Myth or Fact, testing what he actually knows about the culture he's made a career exploring.
Then Tina and Brandon take the stage for a conversation that becomes about much more than sex. The married duo talks candidly about discovering kink together, overcoming jealousy and insecurity, building trust, communicating fantasies that couples are often afraid to say out loud, and how embracing each other's sexuality ultimately brought them closer together. They also discuss sexual-health conversations, testing, stigma, and why they believe curiosity shouldn't automatically come with a label.
