At one point in my nervous system journey, I followed all the “right” advice from my experts. Slow down. Do less. Only gentle movement. Regulate before you expand. And while that support matters… I realized something was off. Not because the tools don’t work… but because they weren’t built for my body and my unique blueprint.

The Spring Equinox is the moment the zodiac begins again. The Sun enters Aries, the astrological new year starts, and a new cycle of life begins to unfold.
