In this episode of WAVE–Arrábida, we sit down with Teresa Sousa and Beto (Felisberto Brito) from Surf Farm Caparica, a non-profit project rooted in Costa da Caparica that brings together ocean, land, and people.
Beto — a surfer, fisherman, and organic farmer — shares how living close to nature has shaped his vision for a simpler and more connected way of life. Together with Teresa, they are creating spaces where social surf sessions, regenerative agriculture, and community events come together to support wellbeing, learning, and connection with nature.

In this episode of WAVE-Arrábida, we’re joined by Lydia, dancer, performer, and founder of Lydia Creative World — a project that brings together dance, theatre, and creative education to inspire people of all ages across the Arrábida region.
